Ministry of Textiles Expenditure Plan Outlay for year 2015-16 is of 3523.32 crore (352.33 crore for North East Region, 176.17 crore for Scheduled Caste Sub Plan (SCSP) and 42.28 crore for Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) under following heads;
1. Technology Up gradation Fund Scheme (1520.00 crore).
2. Human Resource Development (201.00 crore).
3. Integrated Textiles Parks (240.00 crore).
4. Usage of Geo Textiles North Eastern Region (85.00 crore).
5. NER Textile Promotion Scheme (157.00 crore).
6. National Handloom Development Program (150.00 crore).
7. Catalytic Development Program (150.00 crore).
8. Handloom Weavers Comprehensive Welfare Scheme (20.00 crore).
9. Yarn Supply/ Mill Gate Price Scheme (150.00 crore) and
10. Trade Facilitation Centre & Craft Museum (80.00 crore).
How much proposal send by Uttar Pradesh Government and its Planning Commission, other State Govt. Departments, Member of Parliament (MP) from Uttar Pradesh and NGOs to Ministry of Textiles ?, all are sleeping.
How Uttar Pradesh citizen will get employment?
How GDP will meet even national standard? Is 6.5% of GDP is enough for world most populous state?
Why not, Citizens of Uttar Pradesh should leave India?
