3-Teamwork Policy: “Executive Body may assign work and responsibility individually or in a group but priority will be given to the users having higher (user) strength on site.”   “कार्यकारी निकाय व्यक्तिगत रूप से या एक समूह में काम और जिम्मेदारी सौंप सकते हैं, लेकिन प्राथमिकता साइट पर उच्च शक्ति वाले उपयोगकर्ताओं को दी जाएगी। We will form a working committee (Group) to achieve the objective of society very much similar to this. हम संस्था के उद्देश्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए एक कार्यसमिति (समूह) बनाएंगे, जो इससे बहुत हद तक मिलता-जुलता है। Working Committee:- (Sub-society) Selection Process of (seven or nine) Members for any new project.

कार्य-समिति:- (उप-समिति) किसी भी नई परियोजना के लिए (सात या नौ) सदस्यों की चयन प्रक्रिया।

1- From initiator position, all the people in the upper-level tree (series) users of site https://jjss.co.in (having >100 users in his tree) अपनी स्थिति से, ऊपरी-स्तरीय श्रृंखला (श्रृंखला) के सभी लोग https://jjss.co.in साइट के उपयोगकर्ता (जिनकी श्रखला में >100 उपयोगकर्ता है) 2- One person who donated the maximum amount (or highest share value for the project). Will act as a financial controller (Treasurer), he may depute nominee to work on behalf of him. एक व्यक्ति जिसने अधिकतम राशि (या परियोजना के लिए उच्चतम शेयर मूल्य) का दान किया हो। एक वित्तीय नियंत्रक (कोषाध्यक्ष) के रूप में कार्य करेगा। वह उसकी ओर से काम करने के लिए नामांकित व्यक्ति को नियुक्त कर सकता है। 3- One person having the top-level qualifications, experience, and knowledge in the relevant project, work as a technical advisor (he may be from the editorial board). संबंधित परियोजना में उच्च स्तरीय योग्यता, अनुभव और ज्ञान रखने वाला व्यक्ति तकनीकी सलाहकार के रूप में काम करता है (वह संपादकीय बोर्ड से हो सकता है)। 4-One person who will initiate the project (as an admin). एक व्यक्ति जो परियोजना शुरू करेगा ( एक व्यवस्थापक के रूप में)। 5-Initiator/admin may select rest (minimum two) members himself, from site https://jjss.co.in, which will assist him in working. This work can be done from anywhere (suggestions, assistance, technical support etc.) There will be no compulsion to stay at the workplace. वर्किंग कमेटी के बाकी बचे सभी लोग। यह कार्य कहीं से भी किया जा सकता है (सुझाव, सहायता, टेक्निकल सपोर्ट आदि) कार्यस्थल पर रहने की बाध्यता नहीं होगी। In any working committee, the support team has no existence (utility) without a working team. किसी भी वर्किंग कमेटी में, बिना वर्किंग टीम के सपोर्टिंग टीम की कोई अस्तित्व (उपयोगिता) नहीं है।
