    Sai Management Consultant was established in year 2012 at Udaipur, by Mr. Umesh Chandra Kulshrestha , a Textile Graduate turned Management skill & HR related activities Specialist .Graduated from Kanpur University & having done his Bachelor of Textile degree from there itself , back in 1976.
    Having worked in Textile industry with some of the renowned Groups like LNJ Bhilwara, Grasim industry & Shree Bhawani Cotton mill for more than 25 years in Spinning . Have got a total experience of about 36 years in the Industry and has been T.Q.M. Implementor at RSWM at its ,Banswara Unit (LNJ Bhilwara Group)
    During last 10-12 years, has served in the Human Resource Department & imparted/conducted various Training related activities( For both Staff & Workers ) in various Organisation / Industries like LNJ Bhilwara group , Achint Chemicals , Bhilwara & Perfect Thread Mills, Udaipur. Have a vast experience in Worker Trainer Developmement , Controlling Turnover of Workers to a large extent in the organizations , Kaizen & Cross functional projects, 5-S projects, Conducting Interfaces, Quality Circles, Performance Management System & with many other Total Quality Management related activities.
    Also associated with RSLDC (RAJASTHAN SKILL & LIVELIHOODS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION) as an ASSESSOR of training as well as in the INSPECTION TEAM for assessing set up of any newly started TRAINING PROVIDER agency, which gives vocational training to the needy & unskilled workers for preparing them for various Manufacturing Industries .

    ACHIEVEMENTS
    Management Facilitator while T.Q.M. was implemented at LNJ Bhilwara Group in its Spinning Unit at Lodha , Banswara (Rajasthan).

    Implemented Total Quality Management (TQM) at Nitin Spinners , Bhilwara on Retainer-ship basis in 1 year & 6 months & was able to save a substantial amount per annum through Cross Functional Projects.

    Implemented 5S concept in Spinning unit of LNJ Bhilwara group at Banswara , thereby increasing their Productivity, Quality as well as Motivation of the employee there.

    On retainers ship basis imparted Training for Both Staff & workers at Mordi Processors Ltd. Banswasra & BMD Weaving Plant also at Banswara of LNJ Bhilwara Group.
